For a booking to be valid you need to pay a deposit, depending on the tour you choose.

If you cancel in the first 48 hours, you will get full refund, otherwise we will retain the deposit.

For cancelations after 48 hours we will retain the deposit.

We recommend you  NOT to book flight tickets untill you have full tour confirmation from us.

As a wildlife lover and responsible traveler you understand that for a succesfull trip, there are some conditions to be met:

• A minimum number of open-minded travelers to develop the tour;
• Weather conditions; the rain doesn’t scare us, but what about a strong storm?
• Social and political conditions;

We can assure you that we have solutions for most of those situations.

We hope that we will not have to cancel any tour, but if the situat in occurs, we will propose a diferent period for the tour.

We reserve the posibility to cancel the tour due to the folowing reasons:

• Weather conditions. We will propose a different date;
• Not enought open-minded travellers to organize the tour. In this case we will propose you a different date.
• Health isuess. Given that we are a family business, a member's health condition can change plans. In this case you will receive a full refund.
